NEW YORK CITY PRIDE

Commemorating the 52nd anniversary of the Stonewall Uprising the NYC Pride is one of the biggest pride events in the world. The Parade passes through the centre of NY with numerous floats and many other cities promoting local gay pride events from other cities on the parade to the huge number of attendees.
A weekend when NY turns pink and attracts tourists from NY, American cities and around the world.
As the parade is typically on the Sunday the city get busy with majority arriving on Thursday and departing on Monday.
