Met Gala is a designer costume party happening in New York City every year at the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute and it was yesterday on May 1st.
This super A-List event is even better than the Oscars and the Grammys because it combines the two. plus fashion! Indeed, it is an opportunity for both Hollywood and music stars to show up and show off some over-the-top ensembles, courtesy of top named haute-couture fashion designers. Even the sport and of course fashion industries join in.
From Jennifer Lopez, Dua Lipa, Bad Bunny to Lil Nas X, Bad Bunny, Rihanna, Salma Hayeck, Manu Rios, and many MANY more, the crème de la crème of the entertainment industry was there last night.
This year was paying homage to the legendary designer Karl Lagerfeld.
